Dominique (who also goes by Dom) is a creative and passionate product and operations leader with more than 18 years of online experience both in North American and Global product management, customer experience and operations, and software development. She has led and managed the product management, UX design, engineering, data science, IT, analytics and insights, and customer service functions with revenue and cost directed responsibilities.
Currently, Dom oversees the Conversational Commerce team for Walmart. In this role she is responsible for all parts of Walmarts conversational experiences including Voice and Text Commerce. Responsible for changing how people interact and shop with Walmart.
She was previously the Chief Product Officer of Jetblack, a members-only shopping service that was the first portfolio company within Store Nº8, the incubation arm of Walmart. She joined Walmart through their acquisition of Bonobos where she was the Chief Experience Officer. Prior to that she was VP of product and user experience at Gilt Group, and spent 12 years leading product teams at Travelocity. Dominique graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University where she also served as captain of their NCAA Women's Varsity Volleyball team. She currently lives in Larchmont, NY with her husband and two sons.

Rebecca Nathenson leads the Google Assistant Developer Platform product team. The team creates tools and end-user experiences that help developers build amazing visual and voice experiences for the Google Assistant. Rebecca has led product teams at Box, Jobvite, NetSuite, and Shutterfly, working across enterprise software, consumer products, and developer products. She holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon's Tepper School of Business.

Lauren Madsen is a UX designer at RAIN Agency, a leading voice strategy, design and development firm. At RAIN, she helps create voice experiences for some of the world’s leading brands, applying Voice UX best practices to every step of the process - from defining user requirements to building state machine diagrams and conversational scripts. Lauren’s work has spanned numerous industries, including education, entertainment and even employee-facing enterprise tools.
Her road to RAIN started with her degree in Interaction Design from Utah Valley University’s Digital Media program, which exposed her to the challenges designing for an array of different media types, from web to virtual reality to voice.
Outside of work you can find her playing the piano, buried in an art project, or adding yet more hobbies to her list of side projects.

Rodrigo Cervantes is an award-winning bilingual (Spanish and English) communicator, journalist, and manager with over ten years of experience in mass communication, including broadcast, print, digital, social media, public speaking, and creative/opinion writing.
Cervantes was the Bureau Chief, Mexico City of radio station KJZZ, an NPR Member Station for over five years and served as the Secretary for the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. Before that, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Business Section of El Norte, an independent newspaper. He was also a founding member of the COX Media Group Diversity Committee.
Amongst his many honors and awards, Cervantes recently received the RTDNA Murrow Regional Awards Winner 2021: Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In his free time, he serves as a speaker and trainer at several symposia, conventions, universities, and schools.

Julio Cisneros is an award-winning journalist with more than 20 years of experience as a reporter, editor and director for Spanish-language media outlets in the U.S.
The six-time Emmy Award winner spent eight years with Telemundo Arizona in various roles, including news director, web editor and reporter. He has served as a coach and trainer at Telemundo, working with staff members on the development and production of multimedia stories.
He previously was director of digital production for Entravision Communications in Phoenix, where he developed and managed video content and produced news stories for on-air and digital platforms. He also spent 13 years at KUVR (later KREN) Univision in Reno, Nevada, where he helped launch Noticias Univision Reno, Reno’s first Spanish-language newscast. While there, he anchored the 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. news and reported regional stories for a national news magazine program. He was named Journalist of the Year in Nevada by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2003.
Early in his career, Cisneros earned a certification as an elementary school teacher in Jalapa, Guatemala, before going on to earn a bachelor’s degree in communications science from the Universidad San Carlos in Guatemala. He is the author of a memoir and a novel, both in Spanish.
As professor at ASU, Cisneros works with a team of students in Cronkite News to produce multimedia packages on news and issues that impact Latino, Native American and borderlands communities. Content is published in English and Spanish through partnerships with professional media outlets and on Cronkite News, the student-staffed, faculty-led news division of Arizona PBS.
